Friday five-minute writing prompt

Take out a fresh sheet of paper. Natalie Goldberg uses a “fast-writing” pen. I suggest using your favorite writing instrument and an unlined piece of colored paper for fun. Your healing journey

Your healing journey starts with you taking pen in hand…

Check out the video I did today. Usually, I’m the one doing the interview and asking the questions…today I sat on the hot seat and answered the questions! I had such fun!

My dear new friend Elaine Turso (who I have only recently met in May, but feel like we’ve known each other for ages) has developed a program called Perfectly Imperfect Body Image Boot Camp designed to empower women in their vision of who they are and how they want to show up in the world. Writing is a part of the many modalities that will be used as the women in the program progress on their healing journey. And I am very pleased to be invited along on that journey to talk about the journaling aspect. And while some of the message is specific to the boot camp, you don’t have to be a part of the Perfectly Imperfect Body Image Boot Camp to get value out of watching this 15-minute video!
